The terms “you”, “your” and “yours” (or other relevant terms) when used in this privacy policy mean any user of this website, prospective employees of Beyond Co., client, partner, vendor, supplier and other internal and external stakeholders.

2. Purpose of this privacy policy

If you submit personal data to us it will be maintained in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation ((EU) 2016/679) (“GDPR”) and any national implementing laws, regulations and secondary legislation, as amended or updated from time to time, in the UK, until such time as the GDPR is no longer directly applicable to the UK, and then in accordance with the provisions of any successor legislation to the GDPR or the Data Protection Act 1998 (together, “the Data Protection Legislation”).

We use two types of cookies on our website; Strictly necessary cookies and Performance cookies.

• Strictly necessary cookies:

These cookies are essential in order to enable you to move around the website and use its features. Without these cookies, services you have asked for cannot be provided. They are deleted when you close the browser.

• Performance cookies (e.g. Google Analytics):

These cookies collect information in an anonymous form about how visitors use our website. They allow us to recognise and count the number of visitors and to see how visitors move around the site when they are using it.

We may also use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, to administer our website and to improve the service we offer to you. An IP address is a numeric code that identifies your computer on a network, or in this case, the internet. Your IP address might also be used to gather broad demographic information. 7. Analytics and similar technology

As mentioned above in appendix ‘6. Cookies and similar technologies we use a selected amount of analytical tools in order to best optimise this site. The main three we use are: Google Analytics, RankMath and Hotjar. We have already disclosed our terms associated with Google Analytics above in appendix ‘6. Cookies and similar technologies’. For more information regarding Hotjar, please see the paragraph below.

We use Hotjar in order to better understand our users’ needs and to optimise this service and experience. Hotjar is a technology service that helps us better understand our users’ experience (e.g. how much time they spend on which pages, which links they choose to click, what users do and don’t like, etc.) and this enables us to build and maintain our service with user feedback. Hotjar uses cookies and other technologies to collect data on our users’ behaviour and their devices. This includes a device’s IP address (processed during your session and stored in a de-identified form), device screen size, device type (unique device identifiers), browser information, geographic location (country only), and the preferred language used to display our website. In order for Hotjar to collect all of this data, it uses several ‘behaviour products’ including heatmaps, screen recording and conversion funnels. They also use ‘feedback products’ including incoming feedback, feedback polls and surveys. Hotjar stores all this information on our behalf in a pseudonymised user profile.
